Orphans' Work-Related Courses 2018-2019 Our Dear Friends, May we ask you to stand with us in prayer, and help if you are able, for the urgent needs that the Orphans whom we support in Eastern Europe have right now. We have many teenage orphans needing to finish work-related courses to enable them to prepare to enter the workforce when they turn 18 this year. You know that I was in Germany in September conducting seminars to equip the believers in Russian Church in Cologne where my Russian manager, Sasha, had taken over the oversight of the church. Odessa House of Hope for Homeless Kids – current monthly needs

The House of Hope in Odessa accommodates homeless kids and orphans. It is headed by Ps Petr Emelyanov and team and not only provides a home for the kids but also seeks to guide them in their education and training for their life ahead. Many of the children have given their lives to our Lord through the Word and the love that they have received whilst at the house. Arranged by an Irish Methodist minister & his wife (Clifford and Ruth Taylor) whom I met when he was pastoring the Methodist Church in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. I conducted two missions in that church to people of that needy city in 1983-84. It was great meeting up with Denis and Marie Dowling. Denis had been the All-Ireland President of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship in the 1980s. From 1982 to 1987 I was so privileged to travel to Ireland from South Africa every 6 months to minister the gospel in Catholic schools and parishes across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Glorious meetings with Russian Jews in Cologne, Germany ~ September 2018

I had the blessing of our granddaughter Niamh accompany me to Cologne in mid-September where we had glorious meetings with these Russian Jews. On Friday and Saturday, the four sessions of teaching and equipping in Evangelism, in the power of the Holy Spirit to reach the unchurched, went exceptionally well. Wonderful time of celebration with Chinese Churches of London ~ September 2018

The first Sunday in England, I had a wonderful time of celebration with the Mandarin and Cantonese speaking Chinese Churches of London at their 30th Anniversary Thanksgiving Lunch to celebrate 3 decades of outreach and service to the needy people of this big city. Amazing Ministry in Western Australia ~ August 2018

In August, I had an amazingly fruitful week of ministry in the Wagin/Narrogin farming region of Western Australia. Arriving on Wednesday evening I had an amazing meeting to 120 students of the Narrogin Agricultural High School (near Wagin) arranged by the School Chaplain. I had supper with the students and staff and shared one of my seminars “Don’t Quit when life gets tough” – with a visual PPT presentation. There was a wonderful response. Special Ministry in Australia

In May I enjoyed a weekend of amazing ministry at Peace International Church, Rockhampton Qld, where there were two fabulous youth rallies and a Sunday morning church service. This was a "déjà vu time" of ministry, with a bit of time lapse activity. In 1989 - 1990 I was privileged to speak at church and youth camps in Rockhampton.
